Margareta Bruckner, MBA, MSc, DGKP

Margareta Bruckner has dedicated her career to the field of nursing and is a vocal advocate within her community. Bruckner meets frequently with local politicians and government members, speaking passionately about the future of nursing in her country. In partnership with the local nursing board, Bruckner arranges conferences and workshops to educate and train nurses in Salzburg and Austria.  As a nursing director of St. John of God, Salzburg she has developed patient safety tools and an “Internal Academy” for nurses. She also actively writes articles for the local newspaper, profiling local nurses. In addition, she conducts research projects on how local politicians can provide better support to community nurses.
